Well Kev and I have just finished our first bout of filming in 2016 for the Tamarack YouTube channel. We broke through the 1000 subscribers mark earlier in the year which is great.

The onus this time was on new equipment that we have been trialling over the winter months. The weather was a bit hit and miss with rain, strong winds and a cold North Easterly blowing which was affecting the camera.

However, we hastily put together a protective hood for the camera and soldiered on, completing seven short kit related videos that will be filtered onto our channel over the next few months.

We have several dates in the diary for more filming with a new idea that we intend to film in August which we are excited about. We have also dug out our GoPro camera that will give another aspect on our filming sojourns which we intend to use to good advantage.
