Good solid piece of kit.

Solid build quality and attention to detail. I purchased this over the FT6 because I want to cook a whole chicken. While the FT6 and FT9 have the same length and width dimensions, the FT9 is a bit taller, so you can cook it amongst vegetables or other items. I also plan on using it with the stack grate inside rather than the shallower trivet.

Great, large oven, just what I need to cook for 8 people over the fire.

Have only used in an oven and on hob at present lovely bit of kit well made comes with manual and few recipes.

Happy with this little Dutch oven. Exactly as described. Cooks great on a wood fire which is ideal for me.
