We dispatch your order right away. If we are awaiting further stock, we will normally send your order to you within 3 business days. If this is the case we will let you know. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

We will email you once the order has been picked and shipped and provide the tracking information where applicable.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We would generally expect all back orders to be filled within 2 weeks but will contact you in any case to advise of delivery timescales.

We aim to dispatch within 1 working day. Delivery timescales will vary depending on the destination.

For orders below £30 we charge a delivery fee of £2.99 - The standard method of sending is via Royal Mail Second Class Packet Post

Our UK cost of delivery is free on all orders £30 or over. We will send this via the most appropriate Tracked delivery. If you wish to upgrade this to a Parcelforce 24 Service the cost would be £3.99* and £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24

AN ORDER PLACED FRIDAY MORNING ON THIS SERVICE WOULD HAVE A MONDAY DELIVERY. AN ORDER PLACED BETWEEN MIDDAY ON A FRIDAY UNTIL MONDAY MIDDAY WOULD HAVE A TUESDAY DELIVERY. SOME REMOTE POSTCODES OR UK ISLANDS DO NOT HAVE A PARCELFORCE 24 SERVICE AVAILABLE SO THIS WOULD NORMALLY BE A 2 DAY DELIVERY

For Europe * we charge £18 postage for orders up to £100 in value, £30 for orders up to £500 in Value and FREE delivery over £500 in Value.

For the rest of the world shipping* we charge £30 for orders up to £100 in value, £60 for orders in value between £100 and £250, £90 for orders between £250 and £500 and £120 for orders over £500.

The majority of overseas orders will not be charged UK VAT. However, customers will be liable for their customs, import fees and local taxes on delivery.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SELL DD HAMMOCK ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

On occasion, if the size and weight of an order is such that the cost of sending is prohibitive, we may choose to cancel the order or supply you an accurate shipping quotation. You will always be notified as such. *Due to import restrictions placed by our courier companies unfortunately there are some countries we cannot currently ship to - if this is the case with your order, we will contact you by email.
