We migrated our website to the new Shopify site during April 2025. As such, from this point on, all customer product and service reviews will be collected by the shopify system.

Previously to this we had used a review system called Shopping Satisfaction. This was run and operated by our previous website hosting company, Oxatis, which we had used for nearly 20 years.

Whilst all our core information was migrated from the previous website, the customer reviews could not be moved as they do not integrate with Shopify.

In order to provide the information we had on these reviews, we have copied them accross the the relevant products - so that anyone looking at these products still has that information. We have copied all reviews we had on the products, good or bad, as a fair reflection of the reviews we have had.

If we had previous reviews, these now appear in the Product Reviews Prior to 2025 information section on the products.
