Superb oven ... takes cooking to a new level. I have used it for various successful dishes. One of the most surprisingly tasty was ratatouille - cooked outside. It was lovely! The heavy lid retains the moisture in the pot (there is a well-designed little side vent). The lid can be used as a skillet. The fact that it has no legs means it can be used inside with conventional cookers/on hobs. A great product, which arrived seasoned. This model is suitable for 1-3 people. With little recipe booklet.
