- 100% waterproof fabric with a Hydro Static Head in Excess of 5000mm - items with a Hydrostatic Head over 1500mm are generally considered waterproof.

- Outer Fabric treated with a Durable Water Repellant - water repellancy can be maintained by a cool tumble dry after washing and periodic retreatment with suitable after care products such as Nikwax or Grangers.

Usage:
It is important to note that as this is solid coating and air cannot pass, so care should be taken not to completely seal any bivvi bag system to prevent suffocation.

Very light-weight yet strong. Just enough room to fit a thinner mat and sleeping bag inside. Centre zip is good for access but potential water entry point without tarp over. Cinch cords around head/face are fiddly and prone to uneven bunching. Really compact stowed, so easy to carry in any pack/pocket for those 'just in case' moments.
